Governance:

The Bylaws Committee reviews motions to change the bylaws to check that, e.g., the proposed change is well formulated and consistent with the other bylaws, the change is legal, etc.

The Bylaws Committee will regularly (at least once a year) review the bylaws and may suggest changes to the bylaws to the Council.

The Bylaws Committee is formed of 5 members. Members of this committee are appointed by the Appointments & Elections Committee.

The Council may add and remove additional roles to the Bylaws Committee. These additional roles will be specified in the Consortium Policies and Procedure document.
