The LISA Consortium Formulation Management Team ( FMT) coordinates and/or manages, as appropriate, all technical activities pertaining to the Consortium’s contributions to the LISA mission formulation.
The FMT:
- manages and maintains the overall schedule of all Consortium contributions;
- monitors the development risks of all Consortium contributions to mission formulation;
- manages and technically leads activities, as requested by consortium partners and/or ESA, and provides the related deliverables.
